Pot Master ("we", "us", or "our") is a home poker tracking app for iPhone. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect
Account information
When you sign in (optional), we receive an account identifier from Supabase Auth. Depending on how you sign in, this may include your email address, or name or email from Apple or Google.
We also store the display name and player handle you choose in the app.
App data you create
- Circle names, invite codes, members, and default buy-in or currency settings
- Session titles, buy-ins, final stacks, settlement payments, and timestamps
- Friend request metadata
- Leaderboard and history derived from the above
Information stored only on your device
If you do not sign in, or before data syncs, some information may exist only locally on your iPhone using SwiftData. Local data stays on the device unless you enable cloud sync by signing in.
Information we do not collect
- Payment card or bank account details
- Precise location
- Contacts from your address book
- Advertising identifiers
- Health or biometric data
We do not use the app for advertising or cross-app tracking.
How We Use Information
We use your information only to operate Pot Master, including to:
- Authenticate you and sync your circles and sessions across devices
- Let you join circles and share game data with other members of those circles
- Calculate settlements, history, and leaderboards
- Respond to support requests and legal obligations
- Maintain security and prevent abuse
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing With Other Users
When you join or create a circle, other members of that circle can see relevant game data for that circle, such as display names, handles, buy-ins, final stacks, and settlement results. Do not join circles or enter information you do not want shared with that group.
Third-Party Services
Pot Master uses Supabase for authentication and cloud sync, and optional Sign in with Apple or Google.
Data Retention
We keep your account and synced data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your cloud profile and associated synced data, subject to reasonable backup retention by our infrastructure providers.
Security
We use industry-standard measures through Supabase and Apple platform security to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices and Rights
You can use the app locally without signing in, update your profile in Settings, sign out, or delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Contact support@potmaster.app.
Deleting Your Account
- Open You
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings
- Scroll to Account
- Tap Delete account
This permanently deletes your Pot Master account, cloud profile, circles you own, and synced data associated with your account on the device.
If you cannot access the app, email support@potmaster.app from the address tied to your account and we will delete your account within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
Pot Master is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact support@potmaster.app if you believe a child has provided us information.
International Users
If you use Pot Master outside your home country, your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, including the United States and the European Union.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Pot Master after changes means you accept the updated policy.
